SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

Orders sent via DHL Freight average 3 – 7 business days once they leave the factory.

Orders sent via FedEx Freight average 3 -10 business days depending on location once they leave the factory.

Please keep in mind that these time frames are AFTER the product leaves the factory.

SHIPPING RATES


moroccanleatherpoufs.com automatically calculates your shipping costs at the time of check out in the shopping basket process once an item is placed into your basket with the appropriate delivery method chosen and your zip code entered. Shipping and handling charges for all items are a per item charge based on the weight of the item, size of the box, and the delivery destination. Note that we give free shipping only to specific shipping zones such as: USA, Canada, and Europe.

ORDER TRACKING


Once your item has been shipped you will be e-mail your tracking number. Please note that it could take up to 24 hours from the time your order leaves the warehouse to the time the information is available on FedEx or another carrier’s website

RETURN POLICY


Thank you for taking the time to browse around my store and placing your order.

If for some reason you are not entirely happy with your Moroccan leather poufs, please contact me to arrange a refund or exchange.You must notify me within 3 days of receipt of goods and return goods to me within 10 days to be eligible. Items must be unwashed and unused. I do my very best to describe and accurately photograph all items in store and carefully asses each request for a refund on a individual basis. I would hope that you love your purchase as much as when you saw it online as unfortunately I don’t refund for ‘change of mind’.

Please note :: There are no refunds, exchanges or credit notes on sale items. Shipping and postage, will not be refunded only the cost of the purchased item.

Exchange


We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us [support[@]waysouk.com] with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
