Express Shipping

Faster options for urgent deliveries. Delivery times are significantly shorter than standard shipping (typically 3-7 business days internationally after dispatch, depending on the specific service and destination).

Carrier Selection

We select the most appropriate carrier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, national postal services, regional couriers) based on your location, the shipping method chosen at checkout, package size/weight, and destination country regulations. The specific carrier used for your order will be indicated in the shipping confirmation email and tracking information.

  • Once your order is processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
  • This email will contain:
    • Confirmation that your order has shipped
    • The name of the shipping carrier
    • A tracking number and a link to track your package’s journey
  • We strongly recommend using the provided tracking information to monitor your shipment’s progress.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you. Reshipment will incur additional shipping charges.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is deemed undeliverable by the carrier (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailable, refused delivery, customs issues), it will typically be returned to us.

Once received, we will contact you. Options may include:

  • Reshipment to a corrected address (additional shipping fees apply)
  • Refund of the product cost (minus original shipping costs and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier)

We are not responsible for carrier fees associated with undeliverable packages.
