How can I track my order?

Can I cancel or change my order?

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide from Morocco to all countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout once you select your delivery country.

What shipping methods do you offer?

Are there any customs fees I should be aware of?
Any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by your country are the customer’s responsibility. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs clearance.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected:
- In-stock items: We process and ship within 3 business days.
- Out-of-stock or custom items: Shipping occurs promptly as soon as your order is fully prepared and ready for dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a flexible return policy to ensure you’re happy with your purchase:
- Damaged or defective items: You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Changed your mind? Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item doesn’t meet your expectations.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the product is faulty or damaged.
- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

What is your exchange policy?
If you need a different size, color, or style, we offer a simple exchange process:
- Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
- Exchange shipping costs are covered by the customer for the first exchange.
- If the item is defective or we sent the wrong item, we’ll cover all shipping costs for the exchange.
- Customized or personalized items cannot be exchanged unless defective.
How do I request a return or exchange?
To request a return or exchange:
- Email us at support[@]waysouk.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- Our team will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.
- Package the item securely with all original packaging and send it back to us.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Payments & Refunds
When will I receive my refund?
Your refunds will always be directed to the original form of payment and usually appear on your bank statement within 7-10 days.
Please note, depending on your bank, refunds can appear on your statement in different forms:
- A new line item: The refund is listed as a separate transaction
- Reversal charge: The original transaction will be voided.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Can I get store credit instead of a refund?
Yes, if you prefer, we can issue store credit instead of a refund, which will be available immediately upon approval of your return.

Do you offer customized products?
Yes, we offer customized or personalized products. Please note that customized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective. Shipping times for customized items may vary as they require special preparation.
How can I check if a product is in stock?
Product availability is displayed on each product page. If an item is out of stock, you may have the option to receive notifications when it becomes available again. For custom items, production time will be specified on the product page.
